Over the years we have come to realise that people who are thinking about moving home find that one of the first things they need to do is speak to a financial advisor. A further testament to our commitment to independence can be seen by the fact that we offer our clients a fee only option whereby we agree at the outset that we will be remunerated wholly by a pre agreed fee and that any commission payable to us by the lender will be rebated to the client – our typical fee would be £799 but would depend on your individual circumstances.
